1. Circo Soft Valboa Baby Blanket ~ We got one of these blankets as a gift and then I received some more when I bought some clothes and other baby necessities. I love love love this blanket. It is so soft and warm. We have about 4 of them and they are all over the house!
2. Boppy Pillow ~ We use the Boppy pillow a lot. This was a life saver for me when I was nursing since I had a c-section. I use it for nursing, play time, and for tummy time.
3. Boone Grass ~ We have been using the grass and the twig accessory for drying the bottles I use for pumping. Love. this. thing!
4. Arm's Reach Bassinet ~ My sister-in-law recommended this to me and my mom bought it for us. Love it! A pack-in-play would not fit next to my bed, so this was the perfect size for our bedroom. Little man was right next to me and I could still sleep comfortably in our bed and get to him quickly when he woke up to eat at night.
5. Eddie Bauer Head Support ~ A friend recommended the head rest to us. We found this one at Target. These head supports are great for newborns. Their little heads move all over the place, so the head rests keep them from bouncing all over in the car seat.
6. Nursing Cover ~ I have nursed in public a few times, but I am still practicing using the cover. It has been so nice to be able to feed Dayton while we're out and about instead of having to hide somewhere. It does take some practice though!
7. aden + anais Muslin swaddle ~ I got 2 packs of these as gifts. Love them! They are the perfect size for swaddling and they are nice and thin for summer. I have also used them while nursing.
8. Summer Infant SwaddleMe ~ We used these every night when Dayton first came home. They are so easy to use and kept our little man wrapped up tight! He loves them.
9. Trend Lab Burp cloths ~ You'll need burp cloths...and lots of them. They are everywhere in our house. They are especially useful when beginning nursing. Sometimes, baby can be messy!
10. Breast Feeding App ~ Love this app. I can record what side I used and for how long, bottles, ounces eaten, and times that I pumped. This was such a help when I started breast feeding!
11. Graco Duet Connect 2-in-1 Swing and Bouncer ~ Our little man loves his swing! What I love? It's a swing and I can detach the bouncer while he's in it and take him around the house with me.
12. Gerber Newborn Mittens ~ Our little one had crazy fingernails, as do most newborns. I finally clipped them a few days after we got home. I had brought these mittens with us to the hospital and I am so glad that I did. Babies scratch their faces...a lot and I was waiting for him to scratch his eyes out!
13. Halo Sleepsack Swaddle ~ I love these sleep sacks. The zipper is so nice in the middle of the night and I love the easy swaddle "flaps." Anything to make baby happy and my life easier!
