Bumpdate ~ Week 13

13 weeks!
  • Baby is the size of a : kiwi
  • Weight : 0.8 lb. \ length 2.91 in.
  • Baby can now open and close it's fists and even make sucking movements with the muscles in his/her mouth. All of babies digestive system are taking their final shapes. Even babies lungs are practicing breathing, but the lungs won't breathe actual air until birth.

Gender: still not sure

Weight Gain: according the scale at the gym, 7 pounds

How I Feel: I started feeling pretty nauseous again. The mornings are, eh, okay. I start feeling really gross after lunch and it continues to get worse as the day goes on. Pretty much the same as before and the same as when I was pregnant with Dayton. I am still very tired, but taking it all with a smile on my face. I'd be happy puking as long as I was still pregnant.
  • Stretch marks: none
  • Belly button: in
  • Other: none
How Daddy's Feeling: Good! Daddy is helping me get a little more sleep on the weekends.

Cravings: chips and salsa, cheese and crackers, fresh salad

Food Aversions: dinner, although I'm managing

Movement: nothing yet

Sleep: I sleep really well, thankfully!

Best Moment This Week: Getting to stay home with Dayton the two days that he was sick. Him being sick? Not good. Getting to stay home and get lots of cuddles? Yes.

Worst Moment This Week: My poor babe having a fever for two days.

Looking Forward to: the three day weekend coming up!

What I Miss: nothing that I can think of

Diet: Same old clean eating 80/20. I do love my cheat meals on the weekend. My cooked sushi roll has been a favorite lately!

Exercise: I've been able to keep up with what I've been doing. Right now I'm going through the Short Cut to Shred program by Jim Stoppani. Love his workout schedule and plan. It's effective and I get get it don't in 45 minutes to an hour. I'm still going to the gym in the mornings (mostly) and on Saturday mornings. I've been taking Sunday as a rest day.

What's Happening This Week: Monday is Bachelor night. Tuesday is small group. Wednesday Brad is at his grad class and it's Dayton's and I's night to Skype with my family. Thursday the hubs and I get a few things done and then get to relax. I'm looking forward to a three day weekend at home!
