Girl's Trip

Have I said how much I love our neighborhood? because I do. I love our neighborhood so much. We have some amazing neighbors! Some of those "neighbors" are just down the street. Kim and Kasey are a few houses down from us, but the 3 of us got pretty close over the summer. Kasey is a stay-at-home-mommy (she is also in our church group!) and Kim is a Kindergarten teacher. This summer we had play dates, lunch dates, pool days, and plenty of just relaxing and hanging out.

Kim goes on a girl's trip every year before school starts, so she invited Kasey and I, as well as another friend, this year. We left on Monday morning and shopped till we dropped on Tuesday night. We drove up to Minneapolis all together in Kim's van, hit up the outlets, Ikea, Mall of America and enjoyed a few meals out to dinner. Since I'm back at my pre-baby weight, it was nice to go shopping!! We had such a fun time! I can't remember laughing that hard, staying up late talking, and just being silly in a long time. Love these girls! Can't wait until our next trip!
