Here is everyone...that I could remember while writing this post...
My Friends (from high school and college):
It's slightly comical how many of us are due within 0-10 days within each other!
At School:
When we started school, our Faculty knew that 2 teachers were pregnant. Well, as the days went by, more and more teachers announced that they were pregnant as well! As each one announced, I just couldn't believe it!! There are total of seven, yes I said 7 teachers pregnant at Lincoln right now. My stars! Our principal said there are usually about 2-3 teachers pregnant, but this is setting a record! I was #7 in the announcement line, and...we've heard a rumor that there is one more that hasn't announced yet! All of us that are preggers are planning to take a photo together in the next week. I will post that soon!
Our Small Group:
In our church small group there are about 6 couples. All of the couples have kids except for Brad and I (well, that anyone knew about), as well as Alycia and Eric. One night, we had a girls night and guys night small group get together. All of us girls were at Alycia's house and were taking the "tour." We were in the bedroom when someone said, "Uh...guys...?" We all turned and looked and I almost started laughing. Behind Alycia's bedroom door was a chalkboard that announced that she was 7 weeks pregnant! I was cracking up because we had the exact same thing behind our bedroom door!! I was 11 weeks at the time and we were planning on announcing the next week! I kept my secret and let Alycia have her spotlight! :)
Then the next week, Brad and I announced with a cake! I looooved every one's reactions! Jumping, screaming, hugging...overall, some major excitement! That night, another couple joined our small group, and Asia happened to be 6 weeks pregnant! Now there are 3 of us that are preggers in our small group!
Our neighborhood is LOADED with kiddos. I know this because all 200-ish of them go to my school! On our little street and attached cul-de-sac, I found out that there are 5 of us that are pregnant and due in March, April, and May! Ha! One of them being Alycia (who is in our small group!)
The Family:
Brad's cousin Sarah and her husband Craig are expecting baby #2 on April 22nd! About 5 days before Baby Bishop's due date. How fun!
