My Inspiration

Well, the hubs left early this morning and is traveling this week for business. So, I have a little bit of extra time today since the laundry is all clean, folded, and put away, the cleaning is done, and the cooking for this week is complete!

My inspiration for all things fitness and nutrition is Jamie Eason. She. Is. Amazing. Jamie is beautiful, lifts weights, eats clean, and is an inspiration and motivation to so many! She is a good person inside and out. I look to her for anything concerning weight lifting, clean eating recipes, and health advice.

 I mean, seriously...look at her?!? Amazing.

I originally discovered Jamie from my ONLY fitness magazine ~ Oxygen. (Sorry, but all of the other "fitness" magazines do not cut it. They are way too frou frou for me...and fitness is general.) Anyways, Jamie was often featured as a fitness model in Oxygen. Every time I saw her articles, I couldn't put it down. She eventually got her own column in Oxygen and I could not be happier!

I started following Jamie's official page on Facebook. She posts recipes, advice, tips, and weight training schedules/routines. She also posts personal things, such as what she's doing, things happening in her life, her recent wedding/husband, and motivational posts.

Jamie also is a big part of Bodybuilding.com. A site that Brad and I often refer to. She is the creator of the LiveFit Trainer. It's a 12 week program to help people live more actively, train more effectively, and eat clean. I plan to complete the 12 weeks as soon as we can get back into a normal schedule around here! I've been wanting to try her program, so hopefully I will be able to soon!


I would tell anyone to use Jamie is inspiration. It has definitely worked for me. Check it out!
