When we bought out house, the basement was unfinished. We planned to finish it within one to two years. Well, we started the whole process last December and we are almost done! Origianlly, our house was a three bedroom, two full bath house with kitching, dining area, living room, mud room, front entryway,and laundry room. Now that we have started the basement, we are adding two bedrooms, a full bathroom, a living room, a kitchen/sink/bar area, and some extra space for a playroom area. Whew! Brad has been doing a lot of the work himself along with a friend, Dave. Since we are "finishing the basement ourselves," it feels like it has taken forever, but we are almost there! When we finish, I will post updated pictures!

We are so ready for it to be done! And I am so proud of my hubby for all of the hard work that he has put into it!!
