Wedding Time

I love weddings. They're beautiful and I can't help but think about our own wedding. This weekend we attended the wedding of Kory and Gauge. Kory is Miss Karyn's (Dayton's daycare provider) daughter. Dayton looooves Kory, a lot. He loves her like, as soon as I drop him off he walks to her bedroom door and bangs on it until she comes out. They have a special relationship. She's his "older" girlfriend. It's too cute.

The wedding was at 2 pm, so we hired a babysitter so that Dayton could take his nap while we went to the wedding. The reception was at 6 pm so we came home, got Dayton ready, and then headed out to the country club for happy hour. As the doors were opened, we found our seat and got Dayton a highchair. Dayton was in rare form, which was completely fine! He was so excited to be at the reception and loved all of the people, the music and lights, the dancing, and everything that was going on. He was in toddler heaven. The reception was so much fun and Kory and Gauge had a beautiful day. We are so happy for them! Congats you two!! Kory, Dayton is so sad you got married but he wans you to know he still loves you!

Here are a few pictures from the night. I tried to get a good video of Dayton dancing (because he was dancing all night), but I didn't get a great one. He ran all over the place, danced, and was quite the social little man. He was pretty entertaining. I don't know if I've seen him smile, laugh, and be that happy! My sweet little man.
