Parmesan Cheese Ball

Who doesn't love a good cheese ball? This one was a new recipe for me and I was very happy with how it turned out. It has ranch in it, so the hubs ate it up!

Parmesan Cheese Ball
Ingredients:
  • 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 package (4 1/2 tsp) dry ranch dressing mix
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • finely chopped pecans(I used almonds!)
Directions:
  1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl.  
  2. Mix well.  
  3. Form mixture into a ball and roll in chopped pecans (or almonds).  
  4. Refrigerate before serving with crackers.
