It's a Lifestyle

Brad and I both believe in a "healthy and fit" lifestyle. And it's just that...a lifestyle. In fact, the first day that Brad and I met, he described his gym dedication as a "lifestyle" ~ I thought I had died and gone to heaven!

Brad and I have both played competitive sports our whole lives. Brad played sports all through school and was the quarterback in high school. Brad has always lifted weights and ran during college too. I participated in competitive gymnastics from 3-13 and then played all the women's sports in high school and college.

After college, we both found the love of lifting heavy weights. After all, we met at the gym! Brad and I lift weights every night. After that while I run, he does his own cardio. Obviously, we both have dedicated our adult lives to being healthy and fit. That includes going to the gym 6-7 days a week, eating clean, and being active outdoors. Being healthy doesn't happen overnight...it's a way of living!

Since this is something that we both are passionate about... I decided it belonged on our blog! Brad and I are always finding new clean recipes, reading new health/nutrition articles, and finding new workout exercises and routines. If you're interested...we like to share!
