I have been wanting to do this DIY for quite some time now. I saw it on Pinterest months ago, fell in love with it, and this week, I finally DID it!
Who does not love hanging up pictures and burlap? Oh yea, and a monogram?!? *raises hand* This girl does! We have an amazing photographer that we used for everything wedding ~ GetzCreative Photography. I am dying to hang up, like, every picture that they took. Love them! Their pictures are ALL over my blog, obviously. Check them out here (engagement), here (wedding), and here (Day After session). Also, if you want ot check out Getz's blog, click here or their website, click here.
Anywho...here is the pin that I found on Pinterest...adorable right?!? I'm sure tons you have seen this.
The blog that the picture and tutorial came from is @Craft Warehouse. Love it. I think it's one of my new favorite crafting blogs! Woohoo! Just what I need....yea.
So, I tweaked the materials just a little bit so that it would fit the style of our house. As much as I LOVE the barnyard wood frames, they just would not fit into where I wanted to hang them. This is what I ended up with! I was pretty pleased with the end result and it filled up a space on the wall that really needed to have something precious hung on it.
Eventually, I am going to put this monogram in the middle frame. I have to order it from Etsy and paint it when it comes, but eventually this will be on there! It's a 6" wooden monogram! How precious?!?
